Microsoft

MSNTV

• A kiosk based 'Flash Video' that highlighted the features and benefits of Microsoft's MSNTV2 Internet and media center. I was responsible for the execution of all design, lay-outs, and graphics for the project.

Systems Management Server (SMS)

• Conceptual product design for a tool to manage large networks of computers from a single location. Microsoft Management Console-based tool for software distribution of Microsoft Vista. Improved discoverability; reduced complexity; improved ease of use for core scenarios; provide better feedback and process status.

Customer Relationship Management

• UX design of Pocket PC based-mobile application and associated MMC tools. The product integrated sales accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities as well as desktop computer integration and setup. Created user interaction and workflow models and visual design for all products features.

• Visual & UX design and development of dealer area with online ordering and client site administration

Starbucks

Gift Builder Flash application

• Developed a Flash eCommerce application which featured all of Starbucks' holiday merchandise for a holiday campaign, where visitors were given the ability to view items and zoom in for more detail, load these items onto a Starbucks Card, and send a personalized card as a holiday gift.

Art of Brewing Flash application

• Developed a Flash application which featured an Interactive guide to Starbucks recipes, brewing process, and things to consider for brewing that perfect cup of coffee.
